Services include, but are not limited to: hardwood flooring, vinyl/LVP flooring, carpet installation, laminate flooring, floor repair, floor replacement, water damage restoration, floor leveling, baseboard and trim installation, staircase flooring, kitchen flooring, bathroom flooring, commercial flooring, and floor removal and demolition.

    3. Free Estimates

    We provide free, no-obligation in-home estimates. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing may vary based on actual job site conditions, material selections, and scope of work. A formal written agreement will be provided before any work begins.

    4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

    By providing your mobile phone number through any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Perez Flooring Contractors.
